So you don't actually want to be strong or look strong? Then stop posting. I gave you THE optimal beginners solution. If you choose not to use that then you have no business asking questions.

You want to do that **** you post it in Trollshido and you keep it there.
ok sorry but im just saying some of the guys in the success stories just looked like they got too big, i will try this though thank you
its going to be weird for me training only in compound lifts because im so used to just working smaller muscles separately, i hope my arms will get bigger from doing this because i heard that doing a lot of compound lifts causes a bigger release in testosterone in the body. But if i can't do as many pullups as i used to do after doing this program for a month im going to be sad. i think my problem is that ive never had a real program because of my lack of training equipment and that i dont have access to a gym but i think i can make this work out just because its a pretty simple program
If you want to maintain your ability to do pullups then.... Keep doing pullups.
but can i do this program and maintain the ability to do pullups? I would like to gain mass so ive already started this but if i keep doing this for like several months and then i become to heavy to do pullups for some reason i will be sad
Ok, if you stop doing pullups, then in a few months you'll probably be able to do fewer pullups than you can right now.
That's just the way it works.
Older versions of sl5x5 included pull ups.
The version I started with was
some form of ab exercise (i forget what)
dl (1 set only :S)
chin ups/pull ups
interesting older version, so im doing this correctly right you train three days a week so like week 1 you would do workout A then B another day then A another day then week 2 you would do B one day then A another day then B another day? Its kinda weird they put 2 workouts for 3 days kind of repetitive
yea this program is very nice thanks for showing it to me but i dont know if im going to be able to do a third workout with the squats cuz my thighs are very sore cuz i dont squat to often
