Style: Mixed Traditional MAs--
its going to be weird for me training only in compound lifts because im so used to just working smaller muscles separately, i hope my arms will get bigger from doing this because i heard that doing a lot of compound lifts causes a bigger release in testosterone in the body. But if i can't do as many pullups as i used to do after doing this program for a month im going to be sad. i think my problem is that ive never had a real program because of my lack of training equipment and that i dont have access to a gym but i think i can make this work out just because its a pretty simple program

interesting older version, so im doing this correctly right you train three days a week so like week 1 you would do workout A then B another day then A another day then week 2 you would do B one day then A another day then B another day? Its kinda weird they put 2 workouts for 3 days kind of repetitive
