I haven't used it in years to be honest, no "free time" to add it in.
But when I did, it was great.
Used to use it from a sit up position, as you sit up you throw the ball to a partner and when you go down, he throws it back.
Standing back-to-back and twisting to give each other the ball is a great way to workout your obliques and waist rotation.
Throwing it to each other while standing is always fun.
you can even use it as a punching target. -

I work with a partner on this one.
One person lies on his back, legs in a position similar to open guard.
BJJ players and females should know about this.
Then the other person rolls the medicine ball and tries to knock down his "pin."Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido -

i just started getting into the med ball for ab stuff. and "close grip" push ups. i really like it--it's like a new toy. i also tried that push up thing drunkenj suggested--that was cool.
i didn't try the exercize Piz sugested, though he's really got me thinking about it now... -

I have a 25 pound one. Like to throw it in the air then catch as I drop into a squat, then spring up and throw again. Also swing it to right side and back as I kick with same side leg, then repeat to other side. Also do rotation type exercises for shoulders. You can also lie on back, throw it up and let it drop on your gut.

I love it!
Ronin already posted the two ways I use the ball with a partner~
Used to use it from a sit up position, as you sit up you throw the ball to a partner and when you go down, he throws it back.
