Get the Thai Steel cup. You can google search "Muay Thai Steel Cup." I picked up one from Twins, but Kings also makes one that's really good. I glad I got it cause it saved my nuts after some douchebag in class threw a kick and accidentally hit my groin cause he had no control. So recently I got kicked pretty hard in the balls and had to sit on the mat until the end of the session.
I don't want to return to training until I get a good groin guard. I went to a few sports shops but they didn't have groin guards for stand up fighting, they advised I try out other stores.
What do you guys use and where can I get one?!

For what it's worth I actually use a standard cricket groin guard and slip it into comfortable tight (not too tight) boxer shorts.
It covers the whole area and I think I paid less than £10 for it.
We invited a couple of Judo Instructors from the Wycombe Judo centre (UK) to teach us some grappling techniques and I wore it the whole time and it worked great.
Only on one occasion did I forget to put it on and I received a toe in the sack, lesson learnt!
