FMA coordination/muscle memory crossover.
anyone find regardless if they've been training regularly or not that after a certain point in FMA your coordination and focus seems to transition to pretty much everything else related to spatial awareness type activities.
throwing a baseball, throwing darts, golf, etc.
and secondly... does anyone try to actively forget their reactions or instincts. because you do inappropriate things in social settings when surprised/startled.
i.e. you're in the club talking to someone and thinking of a answer to something. a friend rushes up behind you to try to bear hug, hug-choke and you almost shoulder throw them before you're aware of wtf is going on.
I'm a pretty laid back person. not anxious at all.
so its kind of annoying that sometimes I do that **** without thinking.
