After training 4-5 days a week for the past 2 weeks

I didn't think you were embarrassed my friend and I'm going to disagree with Kfist there. We're talking about live training versus forms training. It's apple and oranges.

aah, got you. we dont really do a lot of forms for eskrima. the knives and sticks are wooden and plastic but the small-circle grapples, strikes and blocks etc arent.
im doing a lot of forms in hsing i though. havnt got back into the full contact stuff there yet. as i said, im out of practice
