    however as i get bad ass doms for like 7 days i cant really lift that often
    This is actually backwards. The best way to reduce soreness is to suck it up and get back in the gym. Otherwise your muscles will never learn how to deal with it and you'll always "be too sore" and never see any progress. So quit being a sissy and get under the damn bar.

    This is assuming that you don't have some kind of muscular disorder that's actually causing serious pain.

    ahhhh ok i was under the impression that if you work out an achey muslce group it becomes counter productive. so im going to hit low heavy reps and more often ill wait to see if i improve at all before going to the docs.
