New workout schedule.

New Work-out schedule.

I my ever changing quest for the best work-out schedule I have gone though quite a few:
3-days a week
4 days a week ( 2 MA + 2 ST)
5 days a week (3MA + 2ST)
6 days a week ( 4MA + 2ST)

And I have even done 2 workouts a day !! ( ah, to NOT have a life and be able to train that much).
My last schedule was: 2-3 days MA and 1 day ST, sometimes it ended up being 1+1, but, sucj is life.
I have decided to give a new regime a try:
1 week- 3-4 MA workouts
1 week 2- ST workouts + 1 MA workout
So it will be MA one week, then the next week 2 ST and 1 MA workout, something along these lines:
Week 1 = Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri or Sat/ MA and have Wed and Fri/Sat and Sun off.
Week 2 = Mon/Fri ST and Wed MA
Back to week 1 schedule and so on...

My ST will be 2 different workouts, workout A and B
A= Squat, Overhead press, Chins, Dips, Calf raises, Forearm Curls ( reverse)
B= Deadlift, Chest press, Shrugs, Calf raises, Barbell curls, forearm curls ( D.Bells)

My MA will be:
A)
Warm ups: light stretching, rope jumping, shadow boxing, etc.
Heavy Bag work
Dummy work
Ab work
Stretching and cool down
B)
Warm ups
Heavy Bag work
Grappling with partner - Throwing
- Ground work
- submissions
Ab work and neck work
Stretching and cool down
C)
warm ups
Heavy bag work
Grappling with dummy- Throwing ( dead weight)
- Ground work
- Submissions ( done to completion).
Ab work and neck work
Stretching and cool down
D)
Warm ups
Heavy bag work
Weapons - Sword
- Knife
- Stick
AB work
Stretching and cool down.

I am hoping that, this more flexible schedule will allow me to train AND still have some time for my family.
The ST workouts don’t last more than an hour in total and the MA will be no more than 1.5 hours ( I will make them that quick to keep the pace fast).

Any suggestions? Did I miss anything?

Hey, are you not doing any striking sparring? I though you was mainly a kyokushin man.

Actually I have a wooden dummy with spring load arms AND I have the Spar-pro striking dummy AND I have the whole body grappling dummy AND I have suckers that I enjoy hospitalising, so... I am well covered :)

What about the official Aria Giovanni full size plastic doll? You can´t train proper groundfighting without the official Aria Giovanni full size plastic doll, w/ suckers included.
