    don't get me wrong, there are places in Central Phoenix where you might have a dead fighting rooster wind up in a bowl full of pozole.....but that gated house with the nice cages ain't one of 'em.

    And yeah, an 11 month old dog is not a puppy.

    But officers have denied killing the dog.
