Not long. Maybe 5 minutes while I putter around and setup weights and stuff.
I also have an iron stomach though. I used to knock down half a gallon of chocolate milk 10 minutes after my BJJ classes, so I never have to worry about an upset stomach or anything.
I'm SURE I'm not eating in the absolutely 100% most efficient way, but it works for me.
