One of my goals for this semester at college is to properly perform a planche push up. Currently I can do 45 push ups and 12 hand stand push ups. What exercises I can I do to get me to my goal? Also, for those of you who can do a planche push up, how many can you do? And what did you do to get to your goal? Help is much appreciated!

Can you do a one handed push up yet? That will definitely help prepare your muscles/joints for these. I recommend picking up coach somners book.
