    Hell yeah! Hell no!

No need to stand back up...Your closer to the mat where your at.

There are times in every mans life in which he is placed in an , everything but great situation. Ive began a new found revelation for myself. I have been cementing myself in the chairs that i sit on, or my eyes have became one with the television or computer screen as it lights up with color and trances me. Im 32 and my body is starting to suggest that if im going to activly participate in my training then my mind is going to have to join us on this walk also. You see for three years now ive been running through the mostions of physical fitness...if truth be told then, id have to tell you that i was a story teller. I will do a push up here, do a situp there, put the gloves on for a day, and treat them as if they had bombs in them for the better majority of a week. I have let cause and circumstance run my daily motions. Mental meltdown is no way to go about your life....Get your ducks in a row....if they dont listen and line up in that row grab the duck throw it up into the air, pull out your pistol and shoot that rouge duck............If you cant accomplish that task........next time you get in a ring, cage, mat.etc and your opponent takes you down , remember one thing theres...NO NEED TO STAND UP....YOUR CLOSER TO THE MAT WHERE YOU ARE.........

In that entire holocaust of bad grammar, incorrect sentence structure and indecipherable message, this is the one example which stands out?

After work I have to take about 35 minutes to get to the training hall, then another 35-40 min back home. I'm not sure how I'm closer to the mat. Can you elucidate?

I'm just confused on what red ducks have to do with anything.

Its a rouge duck, you knuckleheads. Clearly these particular ducks are French. The whole post is a metaphor, in which the French ducks are lined up and shot. Pretty unsavory stuff.

Thats odd, normally you'd classify ducks as savoury.
