    Sometimes the beginners at my school play a games based on kabadi... personally I think it looks like a bit of a waste of time-I spend my limited times and money on a BJJ club not a kabadi club... but it seems popular with the crowd. Cross training is great and all but I think that time could be better spent just actually drilling takedowns.

    I'm with you on this one, but I admit that when I have to take my kids to Judo because the wifey is working, or, they just want to go, we play freeze tag with them as "it".

    I'd rather warm up doing something as close to Judo as possible, which for me is tandoku renshuu and tai sabaki drills.
