There is a guy who trains in medaevil martial arts in the area, including spear..he has promised a class but keeps blowing me out

I had some training with an M16, mostly slash and poke with the barrel (flash hider). We also had a magazine attack. I have to say the barrel attack works like a fucking charm, especially if still hot. I would probably look on YouTube for Russian spezniaze clips, this guys take it to the max. You aren't going to shoot a bunch of kids are you?

Okay let's back up a second. Doofa, what is the reason you want to know how to hand-to-hand fight with a shotgun? Because you can only hold 3 rounds?

What sort of situation do you forsee that 3 shots from a shotgun will not be sufficient and you will be forced to go hand-to-hand? Perhaps your time would be better spent on your accuracy, movement and combat reloads?

If this is just for larping purposes, then carry on.

Not after kids... vegitable rustlers, knackers and zombies mainly, what with the end of the world and all that ****.

Can you describe the magazine attack...I'm imagining you reading an article from cosmo, and the enemy looseing the will to live

I was playing with a retired marine on hand to hand while one opponent has a rifle.
Without a bayonet, a long weapon seemed to be more of a liability than anything else, even worse so if the weapon is not ready to fire.
The grip you have on a loaded long gun is really not ideal for holding on. Meanwhile your opponent can just get a very strong grip in any part of the weapon protruding towards him and yank it away from your hands. You're in this shitty situation where you really cannot risk having your weapon taken away while your opponent has nothing to lose.

In Green Eyes & Black Rifles the author covers some ways to get your weapon clear of someone that grabs it, but it's just enough to get space so you can then shoot them.

If you are out of ammo and they have a gun, they will shoot you and not even give it a thought about CQC.

The only way I am using my firearm as a CQC weapon is...............................NEVER!!
