    I am open to anything at the moment. I want to keep my flexibility and core strength so tai chi would be worth a try. I am loving yoga. My instructor calls it power yoga. You are sweating about 5 minutes into the class and I am sore the next day.

    I am not so sure on the whole chi thing but I did hear some chi escaping from someone during yoga the other night....at least I think it was chi.

    I wouldn't even call GKR a style of Karate. That is an insult to Karate.

    Yep - I think you are probably right on that. Could be generous and call it "diet karate" or "karate lite". But then again however you look at it you can't polish a turd....
