The betting odds always seem weird. Rua is comming off a piss poor performance where he tapped to strikes, plus Forrest already beat this guy convincingly, yet Rua is the favorite. Once bets are placed they usually tend to even out, but how do odds makers come up with their figures to open the betting?
Hmmm let's see... This guy just got mangled in last outing, has notoriously weak cardio, constant health issues, has already lost to his opponent, badly, rematch stats show an even split between fighters so that's no help... **** it, let's make him the favorite. -

Griffin FTW. I'm rooting for him to win anyway, I think he's got a really solid chance at it. And getting the good odds was just icing on the cake.
