Along with the more obvious lulz there are some little inside kenpo jokes in there too:

The darker patch where an kenpo patch has been removed
an illegible calligraphy on the red jacket
Tigers and dragons
kenpo 'tache
defenses from a static one handed chest push
as already mentioned: the hilariously long and disproportionate techniques for the given attack
"and exit out"

I'm sure there's more in there that I can't spot.
