Seriously now. I will actually be shocked if the creator of this series isn't in some way affiliated with this site. Just watched the promo clip for the Ameri-Do-Te school where he goes on explaining how training in ADT is just as much of a no-brainer as putting on a seatbelt in a car, and how they teach the anti-grappling techniques to beat "bullshit" Jiu-Jitsu.

This is just too much! hahaha

To be fair, they could collect all the bullet points in one of those LEARN THE DEADLY FIGHTING ARTS THE MILITARY DOESN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW webpages to sell crappy TRS style DVDs.

You guys think that maybe a "real deadly" martial art like this can compete against a well trained tae-bo practitioner? Or do you think they are about equal in terms of use?
