Taebo, you obviously know what you are talking about. What do you make of the various different creatine options eg monohydrate or ethyl ester?
I've noticed significant differences when taking creatine. Diet and program do make a difference, but you are assuming that he is not dieting and exercising properly. Add creatine to a proper diet and exercise program and you can notice significant improvements.
