#4 Alrey was a brown belt in BJJ under Charles Dos Anjos. I have never heard of it being revoked but it is possible I guess.

I have previously received word from Professor Dos Anjos that he no longer recognizes Alrey as one of his students and that he did not promote Alrey to black belt.
