    I think depends on what you are training.
    Hwang Jang Lee teaches it as a TKD/HKD applilcation in a video which came out over 30 years ago, but I would expect each art which employs this kick has some variation of this, adapted for their individual ruleset.

    EDIT and the first video looks like a variation of a wheel kick

    Looks like they took the weirdest and dumbest aspects of a few martial arts and made them dumber and weirder. Good job.

    EDIT: Or at least look dumber and weirder. It could be totally deadly, who knows.

    It also looks like it was made up when chasing away flies during a game of soccer.
