    Hon Sang Mu Sa Hapkido

Recently my family signed up for BJJ, and while talking to a friend about that, he told me that Peaceful Warriors in Windsor has a very solid womens self defense program.

    I found this: http://www.thepeacefulwarriors.org/Hapkido.html

Does anybody of any experience with this or knowledge, would it make any sense to complement the bjj training with the HSMSH for the girls self defense?

    Thanks

I wonder why Dan Severn is on the list?

Um just looking over the site more, one son was a black belt by 9, if my math is correct...and some other items.

I don't want to discredit the metod/style if it's legit, but doing some googling of the names on the thank you list, my doubts are escalating.

    thanks

BJJ is excellent for women's defense, you may want to take a striking MA to compliment it though. it is quite effective though.
