    Necro Catch Wrestling garbage

Simple answer. Look at how Cecchine teaches the double wrist lock. Then look at how Billy Robinson teaches it. Robinson's stuff is crap. Cecchine's works 100 times better.

Read this to get schooled on Shannon: http://catchwreste.blogspot.com/2010...ich-catch.html

Ah I just culled one of his silly necros. We have our newest catch wrestling troll. I can't wait until he reads some of the uglier threads.

I was privileged enough to train with Jake Shannon from Scientific Wrestling when he was was teaching in Santa Monica. He is hands down, the nicest guy I ever met and one of the best teachers I ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable about Catch Wrestling and about grappling/submission fighting in general. He is very well rounded to say the least. He allowed me to attend one the The Billy Robinson seminars, that was one of the greatest experiences of my life.
