    Hell yeah! Hell no!
I only have 10 minutes so there will be limited video footage :-). But I want to reference chi/qi and the "too deadly for training" debates, as well as "secret" techniques and what I will be referring to as "the hammer of real-life results vs the glass anvil of mysticism". Or somethin' like that.

What will be your "skeptics" or "plausible explanation" for chi/qi/ki?

I think you should lead with the George Dillman quote(concerning the inablity to knock out a skeptic on NatGeo's "Is It Real?"

“The skeptic was a totally non-believer. Plus – I don't know if I should say that on film – but if the guy had his tongue in the wrong position in the mouth, that can also nullify it [Qi power]. You can nullify it – you can nullify a lot of things. In fact, you can nullify it if you raise those two big toes! If I say I'm going to knock you out, and you raise one toe, and push one toe down....I can't knock you out. And then, if I go to try again, you reverse it. If you keep doing this, I won't knock you out."

Oh, that it was an pre-science way of saying "body mechanics".

Considering you are going to have a limited time, throw a couple more readily identifiable keywords in there involving "practiced" "confident" "muscle memory" "intuitive" that can apply logical though to the physical action of "body mechanics".
If you use an analogy of driving a car and how at first, you were scared shitless, trying to remember every step and controlling 2-3 pedals, shifting, speed, distance, etc. Now, mostly you drive without thought, eating, drinking, talking, applying make-up while driving.
