Plus i have read alot of research on the matter, over time(just looking at bodybuildder forums and some people say it can be bad because your body natural produces creatine and some say its great, so i believe if used correctly it can have a postive effect.)
I have found it to increase my endurence and over all speed/strength, when using creatine i feel the diffrence so i know it helps me. But i would love to hear what everyone else thinks about it that have used it.

My personal experience using it was pretty well predicted by the research I read on it. I did gain water weight while taking it. It seemed that I would max out on my weight lifting at about 5% higher weight on the days when I did use it, but it is difficult to draw any sort of valid scientific conclusion from one person's experience.

Creatine is very reliable for gaining quick weight (mostly water) and for the short bursts of movement which is found in most MARTIAL arts. It DOES (in my experience) make you stronger. While on it all my lifts were heavier, does that make you a better fighter? NO. Only being a better fighter makes you a better fighter. To have a strong anaerobic system IS very benifical to martial artists. So it does have its definate benifits. The ONLY con that I experienced with it was that when rolling, my forearms will get so pumped up from making the grips and constantly flexing my forearms that it made gripping anything hard after 20 mins or so. But I have my lift weights, do creatine moods now and then. I think its a good thing to cycle.
