try this recommendation,
-somehow get their upper body going forward, what ever gi hold you can achieve.
-come in as in O'Goshi but not quite as much hip
-sweep their upper hip as if you were kickststarting an old motorcycle with high compression
For a self-defense version hook there arm as in Seoi Nage, no sleeve grabbing, make a fist and tackle the arm with your bicep muscle hitting under their tricep muscle, kickstart that old Harley and Kabam!!!
