What about other studets in your school, would any of them be down to work out with you? Do you have enough trust with your teacher where you can sneak into your gym and use the equipment with a training partner? I am always a protagonist for working out at home. Hell, maybe even find someplace else to train for a bit. Your teacher may find you an alternative place to train while his place is closed... Best of luck.

Yeah, that sucks my man. You can try to find a training partner via the internet, but I'm always wary of training with people I don't know or who haven't been reccomened by someone I know. So I would say you can try to find someone to train with via a website like this one, but just be careful with it. Other than that, sounds like you got yourself a plan...there is plenty of solo training you can do; body hardening (if you want), you can Google some ways to make your own training supplies (bags, boards, or whatever). Best of luck though.

Why not try some hojo undo at home? I try and keep training by doing hojo undo before hitting the bags or anything; and you can make most of the traditional training tools.
This website has examples of some of the types of training tools.

I will never encourage idiots to train unless it is under strict guidance.
