Irish Martial Arts Insurance

All you fighters based in the republic of Ireland, I am looking for a decent Insurer that covers MA/combat sports

I have had a look at AMA and WAKO for the club and Dare will do personal insurance

Any other options?

Has any one had any good/bad insurance experiances?

You'd be better off asking on boards.ie, lots of gym owners on there.

If your club is IJA they'll have a shitfit if you try to get insurance from anyone else.

We are getting fed up with IJA
Now they are requiring new members to by thier Gi's from them!
But the san soo club is up for renewal also so i though I would check it out

That's fine, but you won't be able to enter any IJA competitions, though I suppose there's always Alan Martin's lot.

Also I don't believe you about the newbie's gis. Do you have a source or that?

Most of us are'nt tp bothered about competeing, those that are can join the IJA individually as they see fit
Alan martin came all the way down to West Cork to visit us, which is more than any one from the IJA has done, so we are considering disenting
I just want to fight and I am not too keen on the politics, but the senior membership is €60 plus the club pays €400 per year.
The Gi thing was passed on to me by our chairman I will see if I can get the e mail forwarded to me for clarification
