    Chambering a punch at the hip, one of the sins of TKD forms; leaves the face wide open.

    Also, just this last Thursday in a TKD class, don't chamber a roundhouse kick from the back, chamber it from the front (like a front snap) so they don't see it coming. What a load of bull...

    Also multiple kicks with the same leg without putting said leg down; I've had my leg grabbed too many times to really do this anymore.

    first lesson in kenpo: "delayed sword" block the incoming right hand with an inside hammerfist block, lean back for front kick to groin, and now that they are doubled up in pain, karate chop them in the neck. second lesson was my last, coincidentally.
