Koral makes a pair of pants called "X-Tretch".

I own a pair and am happy with them.
The fabric is a soft cotton (not the rougher nylon/blend that is common) rip-stop and the crotch panel is a 2-way stretch. My hips are pretty flexibly and other pants will bind when these don't.
The sizes seem to run big. I normally wear an A4 top and bottom (I'm 6'4", 225lbs), but the A4 X-Tretch pants were way too big. After exchanging them with Koral (very easy to do), I have pair of A3's and, after a little bit of shrinkage, they fit perfectly. If I were 25+ lbs heavier, the A4's would have fit well.
There are other pants which have stretch material, but I don't have any experience with them.
EDIT:
Adding link to the Sprawl Gi Flex pants:

Again, no experience with them, but just providing the info.Last edited by Uncle Skippy; 7/21/2011 1:38am at .
