DC/MD/VA sparring space at my place

Well, since my roommate got kicked out, i've found a friend who's got mats nearby and i'll be matting my living room this week. I live on NY ave NW, about equidistant from Mt Vernon Square and NY ave metros. Who's down to have regular sparring here? It's not the largest space, but it's free, air conditioned, has extra futons to serve as crashmats, you can use my bathroom, wash your extra gis/equipment in my washing machine and if you bring something vegetarian you can cook on my stove and we can all have a hearty repast afterwards.

There is no "NY Ave" Metro station. Do you mean Metro Center, McPherson Square, or Chinatown-Gallery Place?

I actually work at 901 NY Ave, in the same building as Starbucks, Lawson's, and Acadiana.

What date did you have in mind for this?

Alternatively, can people come over to get in some training/sparring on their lunch breaks? I'm training a few fighters for TCB-3 in September, and I might be able to get them to meet me for some padwork/etc midday.
