If I stood around waiting for him to punch me (which in retrospect, I should have done at least a little) It probably would have "showcased" the awesome flail fail that I programmed. It comes down to money and technology. LA Noire(sic) just released a game with outstanding facial animations to match the RL actors.

Far Cry 3 apparently has some money invested in better facial animations, though not quite on the level of Noire.

Have you noticed that as good as it is, it makes their weird cardboard bodies look stranger? The usual extremely tight fitting coats and whatnot.
