Do you feel 'juijitsu' or another art is promoting fighting multiples or ground fighting in a street fighting encounter?

Standing rear choke, try using one of them as shield until you have a clear shot at a way out and then use "Taijitsu Ougi: 100 m. hurdles race"!
Even without bothering the big chiefs of the site there's one thing you should learn, as i did here: there's no MA guarranteed to work against multiple opponents, neither a striking nor a grappling one.
If i'm wrong, i'm sure someone older, bigger and nastier will correct me. -

The way I see it, if you get jumped by multiple attackers, (assuming you can't run, and don't have a weapon) is that you are going to be hitting the ground in short order anyway.
The guy you have on the ground with you, is one less kicking you in the head.
