Nice and informative but I was wondering if what specific moment are you going to do this? if you usually give distance on the ground, you are very prone to strikes. Also upon turning, your opponent might have a chance to get up though.

I've been playing with this since the TD, and it's become more of a guard break than a pass for me, but I'm still missing something on the hip. The pressure I'm making is more like a Tozi Pass than yours.
I think I might start thinking "peterson roll" when I go through the motion. Maybe that will help with the hip and angle.

Has anyone used this as a counter to high guard entries? I'm taking some notes and going to try it out, but it seems like the setup for this guard pass is a position I get stalled out in when the opponent transitions to high guard and I get my posture back but can't cross my elbow back through.

The 'but' in there makes the last sentence not parse correctly. Let me rephrase the post:
Has anyone used this as a counter to high guard entries? I'm taking some notes and going to try it out [in this situation because] this is a situation I get stalled out in when the opponent transitions to high guard and I get my posture back but can't cross my elbow back through.
I meant the 'but' to contrast how I end up in the position as opposed to the entry Omega shows, but reading back over it just looks nonsensical. -
