Plus it looked like she was out before it was even on. I will give him that but after 30 seconds and she hasn't moved!?!?!? Come on! If I was the girls coach I'd probably have been bitch slapping the ref for not paying attention.

To be fair to the ref its because she keeps moving her hand about, that makes it look as if she's conscious longer than she actually is.

That and the stupid ref etiquette where they are really stand offish with newaza and don't get down on their knees or interfere with people. If you watch a lot of choke outs at international level the refs do **** all they just kind of stare at them and wait until the medics come on.

Also that is osaekomi on and its fairly common for people just to go floppy and wait out the 30 seconds when osaekomi has been called.
