Looking for advice on new bokken
I've finally decided to purchase a new and better bokken. I had found a site which offered excellent woods and customization options:
Unfortunally is currently out of business. Any advice on alternatives?
I'm looking for a Kashima Shinryu-style bokken.
This is where my Sensei recommends we purchase bokken.
Thank you very much, unfortunately that site has no Kashima Shinryu specific Bokken, i'll have to look elsewhere.
Kim is a good source. Tozando also has a specialty bokken shop, look here.

Although it doesn't have, apparently, kashima shinryu bokken: http://www.ninecircles.co.uk
Thank you very much everyone!
I think the sensei may want to have us purchase iwama-ryu style bokken, meanwhile this sites will be of great help!
A question from someone who has never practiced any of the Japanese arts: just how different are the various styles of bokken? Where are the differerences coming from? Weight, curvature, length?
All of the above, also with and without tsuba (handguard) and size/shape of tsuba. Kim's site has measurements. I've never handled anything other than regular kendo bokken before.
