its a franchise. As in you pay and your school gets the regional website of ilovekickboxing.com. Any school can become part of it from what ive seen. Its just beneficial in that the school gets recognition from a naatioanl branding, while keeping its name and identity.
For example, there is a San Da school in NYC, it has an MMA program and has been around for a while. They became part of ilovekickboxing, though the gym is still called NY San Da from what I know. its really just a way to advertise.
My advice is to call up the school and find out what it is they teach, and what the real school name is. -

So the school is www.martialartshouston.com. About the Adult program all it says is "Learn the Ancient Secrets of Shaolin Kung-Fu including Self Defense, Stress Relief..."
So its a Kung Fu school. There is a separate tab on the site for fitness kickboxing, which links to the ilovekickboxing site.
Safe to say it is a kung fu school with cardio kickboxing, prob not what you are looking for.
Also, they don't move into existing schools. The school buys into the advertisement program for their cardio kickboxing. -
