    @ Whiteshark - the chances of that are slim to none, to convince someone after working a 12 hour day in an iron ore mine, to come in dirty and tired, and then roll around for at least an hour isn't going to happen. I will barely be able to convince myself.

    Hence my desire to find a simplistic weights program. Just do a 45 minute workout, eat, then go to bed.

    if you want a simple strength program - google starting strength. 3 compound moves x3/week.
    you will be done in within 45 mins.

    they are other facets of strength for bjj players that one must consider. depending on how serious you want to get as an athlete.
