    injured elbows?

Being as it's spring I've been training pretty hard, but no more than usual. lifting three times a week and sparing on the off days..
recently I've been having weird pains in my elbows.. it's like a dull throbing pain right in the joint and it travels up to my shoulder. hard to move and comes back after a workout especially during a sparing session.
anyone got any advice or similar situations?

(I hope I'm not getting old...)

see a doctor ... and don't force the elbow when lifting weights ... adding pain to pain equals greater injury ...

    Ice massage

    Glucosomine/Chondroiton suppliments.

Warm up the elbow joint for 15minutes before each class.

Take it easy on any movenents that hyperextend the joint violently.

    See a sports injury specialist.

Yeah, it shouldn't cost you much to get it looked at by a sports medicine doc. If Ibuprofen doesn't take care of it, then go get it checked out.

you ninja fags just got owned in a bad way. this thread should go to the classics and mega thread forum due to the sheer size of taebo_master and gajusceaser's penis. (with which they just smacked across these ninja's faces)

Yeah I'd say you hyperextended the joints. Take it easy for a few weeks.
