    Train with clubbells??

    I personally think these are a great tool and train with them every other day.i had a bad shoulder injury where i got slammed wrestling.these completely rehabilitated my shoulder without a doubt.would recommend them to anyone who participates in mma or any grappling sport for grip strength and shoulder mobility

    I don't do clubbell work per se, but I work with my Indian clubs nearly every day, and they're basically the same apparatus. I like to swing them as a warmup and cool down for lifting, or if I have free time but not enough to really get into a good workout. I think they're an excellent tool for stickfighters.

    I train quight a bit with clubbells. They are indeed an excellent tool and I prefer them over more conventional weight training tools. I do however have to wonder GAMEDOG was there meant to be a question in your post?

    Clubbells are a fine tool, but they are a tool. As are barbells, dumbbells, and every other piece of equipment. The tool is only as good as the user, and no tool can do every job.

    If you enjoy the clubbells and you see the results you're looking for, spectacular. Just understand that they won't do everything under the sun, and to really get the absolute most out your PT training, you need to diversify and be proficient with many tools.

    What tools would you recomend or wich do you think are the most efficient?
