Moved to YMAS for low content, and an apparent upcoming lynching. Let's try to keep the PT forum intelligent and productive mmmkay?

I'm not lying. Its kinda irks me that you guys assume that.
I've been 45 kgs for a very long time. When I started lifting again, I ASSUMED I was 45 kgs and since I've been helping with the manual labor side and logistics of the family buisness, I'm guessing I must've gained more from that than the recent weight-lifting.
I get that, I was an ass the last time I was here but why so hostile? The random internet people that come up here can't be that bad. -

Because gaining 15 kg of muscle in less than two weeks sounds absolutely ridiculous. Work out a lot in a gym and be really careful about your nutrition and you'd gain maybe about a pound of muscle in a week when your genetics are good.
15 kg of muscle in a month is a lot, let alone in less than two weeks. -

Still though, I'm kind of getting tired of minor muscle tears. It's pretty annoying to have some swelling on your leg that DOESN'T HURT because you have no idea when its going to give. Granted, I shouldn't actually be exercising because of the tear. But it's got the word "mini" stuck onto it, how bad could it actually get?
Also, I've been prescribed corticosteroids and have been taking them for 3 days once a day every time I get a minor muscle tear. It just recently dawned on me that the word STEROIDS is in it. Hmmm...
