What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You listed a bunch of details, but didn't really say what you wanna do. Bigger? Smaller? Fat? Muscle?

However, all that is in the link I posted. I'm 5'8 150 trying to get to 160. I'm probably around 11% BF atm, my body is rock hard from fingers to forearms to calves. Obviously I want muscle but it's more just gaining the weight because I could eat junk food 24/7; sleep on it and still wake up with a visable 6-pack. I want to get around 160 and 6%ish BF. Like I said I just want it as a hobby to get in shape. Think this should have been obvious.
Also.. dense muscled and dense bo?neLast edited by Pinocchio; 7/01/2011 9:53pm at .

For one, I read the thread in the link you posted. For two, don't give us links, give us details. It is the responsibility of the writer to accommodate the reader, not the other way around.

Are you intent on building your own diet plan, or would Precision Nutrition (or something like it) be a welcome aid to helping you figure this out? I am very much a PN noob, but it's helped me understand food in a way I never thought I would.
By the way, my finding PN in the first place is thanks to this forum. -

I'd be willing which is why I asked for a calorie calculator. However, I'm not going to pay for something like that. I came across a free one that has an actual list of activity's such as: Boxing(sparring), boxing(something) and boxing(something) I can't seem to find it now though.Last edited by Pinocchio; 7/02/2011 8:51pm at .
