    Breakfast: Oatcakes & a Banana

    Lunch: Lemon & Corriander couscous, and small tin of sardines.

    Dinner: Pork chop, chips (fries), mushrooms & fried egg.

    I recently came into some fresh mustard greens. The crunchy roots I pickled in sweet rice vinegar and put into some Spam musubi, the leaves I salted in a brine and slow cooked with pork belly in soy sauce.

    Applewood smoked bacon from trader joe's, shepherd's bread toast with butter, and sweet potato bisque with a dollop of sour cream and some nutmeg. I am not on my eating plan right now because I am in a universe of pain and **** IT. For now.

    Large, pan seared strip steak with homemade Montreal style dry rub. Used the residual melted fat to fry some potatoes.
