    In my experience, it's basically just regular barbecue except the sauces tend to be sweet, and with the obligatory pineapple.

    Visited the Whole Foods food bar today and came away with Japanese Tofu on a bed on Quinoa with some mac n'cheese, garlic broccoli, and 2 samoas w/hummus.

    That was my linner / dunch.
