Pork chop with thyme, rosemary, garlic and a hint of deli mustard served with white potatoes and a small stack of grilled variegated eggplant slices, topped with grilled choco, purple, yellow and red peppers, fresh tomato, feta, herbs, lemon and evoo.
A beer while cooking, then Bogle petite syrah with dinner.
Big Island Candies shortbread cookies and potato chip, macadamia chocolate crunchies for desert.

Three eggs, 4 ounces of meat. :/ Back on the eating plan. Joy of joys. Maybe I'll cook some brussels sprouts before bed.

Sweet Italian Chicken sausage w/ quinoa and garlic cayenne hot sauce.

Is Hawaiian mackerel better than other mackerel? The ones caught here are awful to eat and only used as baitfish, with some exceptions.
