This is very doubtful. Police defensive tactics instructors requirements vary from state to state and even county to county. In hard economic times police departments cut training first. This guy could have been appointed even with a real lack of skills. One of my teachers was a cop for 30 years and is a certified FBI hand to hand combat instructor.
We have a sister Dojo in Crescent City California home of Pelican Bay State prison. Many of the guards train at the Jujitsu School there. I graduated from the police academy years ago in California and even trained Juvenile Hall guards in defensive and hand cuffing techniques. We had lots of gang members who constantly assaulted staff. I would not spend money on this. -

Yes Moenstah different groups, but then that should have been obvious considering their photo is on the page provided? Maybe even perhaps because they are "Instinctive Defense Systems" and not merely "Instinctive Systems". Just saying.
Seems like the general concensus is the same, although having some DT behind you is certainly better than nothing at all, it is hardly enough to start a system over and the rest appears to be pure fantasy. Anything from the defense? -

No really, do you honestly think that I didn't see those were different groups, because there is a fucking Atlantic Ocean between the Netherlands and the US? geez, it was just to show that the only thing on video that I could find with the same name (note the youtube title given to it) was on the other side of the world.
