After spotting this site I just had to bring it up, I've seen bullshit but none of it smelled like this.

I have NOTHING to do with these people and never have. What I do know from reading is that they seem to think that being in prison makes you a better fighter as does being in "NAM", that was all it took for me as I have seen several of each hit the ground quick in my lifetime. The only thing I see even close to valid self-defense is that one of the guys is supposedly a DT instructor for the PD.

Seriously though. One of my first instincts in sparring used to be "I get hit, I turn away". Fortunately, I got away from that habit. However, if anyone's basing a martial art or self defense system around this, I'm sure I'll get my black belt in no time.
