funny you metioned sonnon i was lurking over the sherdog website and they dont seem to think very highly of pavel or sonnon amongst other fitness gurus , but i was browsing the material and it all looks solid to me.

and Permalost you forgot "Do exercises like this, and you'll have 6 pack abs in 2 weeks!"

so your point is well taken, i rather be trained like a spetsnaz uber soldier than a wimpy fitness model

I like Dominic Lacasses's stuff, he used to have more online including some of the preliminary exercises and an evaluation sequence, perhaps they are still hosted elsewhere.

Sonnon and Pavel seem to be the kind of teachers that people either love or hate. As for Sonnon's materials I haven't been let down yet. The marketing gets on my nerves (and I've told him this several times) but the results are impressive. Also I was browsing a parkour site tonight and I thought the tutorial section might be worth adding to the thread.

High protein low carb diets are really good for gymnasts and back flexibility do a bridge walk your hands back to your feet keeping you feet on the ground and arms semi straight my dance teacher will make us lay down on the floor in the seal position and then she pushes our hips down to the floor which stretches your back just exercise and stretch every day!!
