i have been looking in too gymnastics training for strength and flexibility i got the book build a gymnastics body so i was wondering if there are any other resources out there besides this book
focusing on this types of work outs now since im having a space issue

Check out "The Naked Warrior" by Pavel, it's all about body weight exercise. It had me doing one legged squats in a relatively short time.
I personally know that guy that runs that website. Good stuff. It'll also help you significantly up your game in just about everything, especially martial arts and Parkour.

about the pavel book, i own 2 of his books already (kettlebell and stretching) great info, the guy just annoys the hell out of me though, mother russia this , mother russia that , i know its his marketing gimmick but still he overdoes it a bit, but i guess ill put up with it and get the naked warrior

Check out "the naked warrior" it's worth the read as with other Pavel books it's an information overload. Sometimes I wish Pavel would just say say "for newbs and average guys do xyz..." intstead he give "xyz" and several variations some easier and some much harder. The most difficult I find about good material is organizing it into a complete weekly routine that can me modified as I progress, that's why I like stronglifts.

There's a book called Convict Conditioning that's very, very similar to the Naked Warrior, and it has detailed progressions on how to do certain bodyweight movements (one-handed pullups, pushups, handstand pushups, etc.). Good read.
I love the Russian gimmick. "Do exercise like this, and you will be able to work tirelessly for hours!", instead of the lame American ones "Do exercises like this, and you'll have shapely buns!"
GMB has some great programs using parallets (P1) and Gymnastic Rings (R1). They also have a Floor Exercise program coming out soon (F1). http://goldmedalbodies.com/
Beastskills is another great one already mentioned. Lastly if you like Sonnon's material he just released a program called Tactical Gymnastics not to long ago, the movements are not terribly complex but its a fun and challenging program. His grappler's toolbox also has some great gymnastic/break dancing type conditioning movements.
