Long island mixed martial arts is awesome! I just started going there recently. They have numerous classes including Brazilian jiu jitsu, no gi jiu jitsu, muay thai, and wrestling among others. Limma is the best place to train. If you're in the NY area come down. My skill set is developing really well thanks to limma and its solid staff. They are the best at what they do. Limma, in lindenhurst NY. Best mma gym around.
